Logan Lavelle Hunt is actively seeking applicants for an experienced Commercial Lines Service Director
The mission of the Service Director is to serve and grow the assigned book of clients by providing extraordinary service, educating the customer and identifying revenue growth opportunities.
Retention and growth are emphasized by account rounding, account reviews and generating referrals. The Service Director is the main point of contact with the customer and works with agents to handle all aspects of a renewal. This would include exposure review and analysis, negotiating with carriers and customer, meeting directly with customer and properly documenting records within the management system.
Candidate should be motivated, detail oriented, organized with excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Preferably 3 years experience with commercial coverages and carriers and hold a Property & Casualty license.
