This is a position with an insurer specializing in personal jewelry coverage. You will be receiving and directing phone calls, answering questions about our products and services, taking payments on existing accounts, opening and distributing mail and assisting teams on an “as needed” basis.
This job requires basic computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; typing skills; professional communication skills – both oral and written; strong customer service skills and focus; concise and accurate documentation practices; strong organizational skills; ability to handle confidential information responsibly; ability to work in a fast-past environment and willingness to dress professionally in keeping with company’s dress code. You should be self –motivated and able to work with minimal supervision -able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Preference given to Bachelor or Associate degree.
Preference also given to those holding current P & C or Property only license.
Salary commensurate with experience.
